Same Day Shipping

It's not a guarantee but we'll try! For orders received by 12:00pm Pacific Standard Time, items will be shipped out on the same day Monday through Friday.

Warranty

Batteries and chargers come with 1 year limited warranty. Used items are sold as-is. If you have any questions regarding warranty item and terms, feel free to contact us.

Payment Method

We accepts Paypal and other popular credit cards. Payment is handled through Paypal. You can also continue to check out with regular credit card if you do not have a Paypal account. At check out, click on the link "Don't have a PayPal account" to proceed.

Shipping Method

We offer Standard Shipping as well as Express Shipping method throught the United States Postal Service. Standard Shipping usually takes 3 to 5 business days. Express shipping is usually next day depends on the destination zip code from 91030.

Express shipping can be selected at the last check out screen before submitting the order.

Shipping Address

If you need to specify a different shipping address, please send us an email at info@lacolorOnline.com after you checked out. Also includes the order number in the email.

International Shipping

We ship items worldwide using United States Priority Mail (Standard International Shipping) in 5 to 10 business days or Global Express Mail EMS (International Express Mail) in 3 to 5 business days. The destination country customs office might withhold package for inspection after the package arrived. Sometimes the withholding can take up to 2 weeks.

Tracking Number

Tracking numbers will be provided for all orders for both Standard and Express shipping.

Return Policy

L.A. Color Online offers a 7-day return policy. 15% restock fee may be applied to open items.
